PCR®, abbreviated as Pressure-sensitive Conductive Rubber, is a rubber sheet in which metal micro-particles are aligned the direction of thickness by using our original method. When pressed, the metal micro-particles contact each other and multiple conductive paths are made, which enables stable electric inspection.
These days, the test environment has been requiring suitable contactors with increasing high speed of semiconductor device. Our PCR® can meet up to 60 GHz of the wide band thanks to lower inductance compared to the normal metallic probe and doesn’t damage to the electrode pads of semiconductor device and doesn’t lower the yield at visual inspection after electric test.
