Using robust patented refrigeration technology, and without the use of thermoelectric modules, the MUG-SH uses a patented thermal probe, and can perform thermal cycling without the worry of cooling system degradation.

The Mug-SH System supports various DUT Packages: IC, CPU, GPU, DPU, Bare Die, and other Devices Under Test.

This highly reliable system (without thermoelectric modules) uses a patented thermal probe TCS to mate directly to your device under test. Using robust, proprietary refrigeration technology can perform thermal cycling without the risk of cooling degradation.

The system stimulates the DUT to the desired temperature with direct contact between the device surface and the thermal head's plunger. These system can also be used to stimulate multiple-site device applications. It can be integrated into probe stations, handlers, testers and ATE systems. The units only require AC power, available AC power and clean-dry air or Nitrogen for condensation free operation during cold testing.
